FRAUD! I placed an order for two pairs of shoes on 1/30/09 for $79.57. One week later, they still hadn't shipped, so I called customer service. I was told my order had been canceled due to a computer error, but she said she could place the exact same order for the exact same amount. I received the shoes on 2/6/09, and everything was fine. On 2/7/09, I was emailed an order confirmation for the exact same shoes but with a total of $100.82. I called and they refused to stop shipment of the shoes, insisting that I ordered MORE of the IDENTICAL SHOES I had just received. Huh? It is now 2/10/09, and they insist the second set of shoes is en route, even though I have not received any tracking numbers (I didn't even place the order). They say that I can ship the shoes back to them, but they'll only refund me the $79.57 amount (the order I'm wearing), not the unauthorized purchase amount of $100.82. Essentially, they're hijacking my credit card for an additional $20. |

DSW cancelled my order. I had to pass on another pair of shoes at another store because I was waiting for this order to be shipped. Awful customer service. |

Horrible customer service. Will not shop there again online or in store. Online ordering allows for 3 promo codes and 3 more discount codes. Placed an order on 1/31/09. Showed in progress status and never changed. I had to contact them on 2/4/09 in order to find out they were attempting to cancel my order (see below). Dear xxxxxx, We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience but we are attempting to cancel your order. In reviewing your order, we identified that your order did not qualify for the multiple promotion offers. These promotion offers were not awarded through your DSW Rewards membership, and as a result, we are attempting to cancel your order. An authorization was placed on your account when the order was placed but the actual charge has not been placed. Please feel free to replace your order with promotional offers that are issued through your DSW Rewards membership account. You may place your order online by visiting www.dsw.com or by calling 1-866-DSW-SHOE |

AVOID AT *ALL COSTS! These people are a JunkStore, shouldnt even BE LISTED on a comparison site. Phone in an order: New Balance shoes I found at pricegrabber.com on Black Friday. *VERY SPECIFIC* about the sizing, stock status, etc. Bought 2. HAD to Join some CLUB 2 get $0 ship offer. The confirmation email arrives: There's shipping ON IT! + There's Sales Tax they didn't tell me about. I *SPECIFICALLY* AND UNDERSTANDABLY told this woman I need a MEDIUM size.. ALWAYS a "D" in NB shoes. They arrive**AFTER I PASS ON SEVERAL OTHER SIMILAR OFFERS!!I get size 10B (narrow). Mistake #4: pathetic! After FINALLY geting the tax fixed I told em I wanted a replacement in the Correct size. They claimed they dont even CARRY this shoe! BS and a LIE! Had to file a claim with the BBB and the KS Internet Fraud site. CROOKS AND NO LESS! This is a disgrace for pricegrabber (one really nice site, Normally) to even List these THIEVES! DON"T LET THESE CROOKS GET YOU! |
