The process was smooth although a problem did arise with billing and my payment. This was quickly and easily resolved by phone with your company with "Todd's" assistance.The purchase and delivery were smooth and on time. Further specials offered at this site have been dismal as each and every time the item advertized on discount was unavailablr due to "out of stock". |

I received a mint condition, NEW Samsung LN52A650 for an incredible price (Black Friday special)! Everything went very smoothly. The shipping was a little slower than I would have liked for paying $250, but the delivery was professional and the product was not damaged or DOA; just don't expect a next day delivery. I didn't have a need to contact customer support for anything, but please take note that once you sign to accept your delivery, any issues have to be taken up with the product's manufacturer, not SecondAct. If your product is clearly damaged upon delivery, refuse delivery before you sign the form from the delivery company. I noticed a lot of people complained about that in previous ratings, but it's VERY clearly stated that way in their terms and conditions. I'd highly recommend SecondAct for anyone who's not ignorant and knows how to research products and services before ordering. |

Recond TV is very nice and picture is excellent. Package was missing 4 metric screws required to assemble stand, but I just picked up at local hardware store. So far, so good. |
