My only difficulty was that I wanted to use the balance left on a promotional offer and it was not clear to me that the credit had to be used ONLY in a single order. I spoke with a customer service representative who was very helpful and offered to refund the $10 balance I had remaining. |

My mother is not an easy person to shop for. Harry & David had a very nice selection to choose from. I was able to find somehting my mom will love! My mother absolutly loved her gift. I will definitly order from Harry & David again. |

Very good experience. I had realized after ordering that the recipient of the gift would not be home the day I scheduled the delivery. The standard practice is to leave the merchandise and this person lived in a locked apt. bldg. The rep assured me if anything happened to the gift, that H and D would replace it for free. What customer service! |

I order from Harry and David for special occasions. There was one time when the fruit I ordered did not arrive in good condition. One call to customer service resolved the issue quickly, and satisfactory. They were responsive, considerate and understanding. |
