The web site is a mess to navigate. It was confusing trying to figure out how to go back. Need to narrow down search results. Price Grabber was a pain in the neck. I ORDERED A Sanper 8-quart Pressure Cooker AND GOT SOME JAPANESE 7.5 QUART PRESSURE COOKER. I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE TO TELL THEM THEY CHARGED ME THE WRONG PRICE *****BEFORE***** MY ORDER SHIPPED AND ONE LADY TOLD ME NO IT WAS CORRECT AND THE OTHER TOLD ME TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DID NOT HAVE A CHANCE TO CALL AND WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVED IT WAS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRESSURE COOKER ALL TOGETHER. I HAVE YET TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE IT WAS THE WEEKEND AND WE HAVE HAD BAD WEATHER AND SEVERAL POWER OUTAGES. |

The website is ok but should have reflected the lower price on the bing search page. On bing, the sears website showed a lower price but bcoz kmart had lower shipping charges and there was a 10% promotion that lowered the overall price i ended up buying via this merchant. |

Great experience. I was trying to find an item very close to Christmas and I was able to purchase it online and then pick it up at the store to save LOTS of time. It was also cheaper than any other big box store/toy store that I found. Will definitely shop again! |
