Excellent products, prices and service. Your eCommerce web site is constructed in a most logical order and it does not get in the way of the product selection, cart building and/or the check out process. Everything in the product selection, purchasing and payment process is straight forward, logical and concise. I also liked the Chase Bank Visa account confirmation at checkout security measure A LOT. I did some comparison shopping (local and on-email), and macmall was a clear winner. I had planned on going to local store, but the shipping price made the on-line cost less than driving to the store and returning home. A very good deal. |

It was generally easy to order the items I was looking for, and the prices were reasonable. However, my credit card was double-charged. When I called the customer service number to notify them, they said they were already aware of the situation. A courtesy notification (email, phone call, etc.) would have been appreciated. |

I was pleased with the products offered, but dismayed to find that several out of stock items came up first in a search. This made it more difficult to tell if you even carried the specific item I was looking for. |

Only issue was when I selected Amazon for payment. The order wouldnt connect with Amazon. Used MacMall secure order and it went through immediately. |

I recently purchased a MAC desktop computer, after having had PC's my whole life. Mac Mall personnel were very helpful and the price was lower than Apple directly. I would recommend them to everyone! |

I love MacMall! It's a great site. I just had one issue trying to pay from Amazon payments, so I had to use Paypal. But otherwise, MacMall has the best deals around. |
