Stay away from them !!! I had ordered headphones. After my order was processed, I got an email that my order was going to be shipped from China. It has been one month and 3 phone calls to the customer service (which by the way is pathetic), the order hasnt still arrived. I finally canceled the order yesterday. |

This company sells junk from China. I spent $58 on soap dispensers. 3 of them worked for a week, while the other one never did work. Beware - this company has only a THIRTY day return policy. You're better off going to Bed Bath & Beyond than ordering from this company. BBB will at least exchange a faulty product, and they don't sell cheap junk! I would definitely NOT recommend Meritline.com to anyone. |

Absolutely the worst online merchant I ever came across of. Late shipment, no replies to emails, impossible to reach over the phone. The tracking number provided does not correspond to any company I am aware of. Terrible! |

I love this merchant! They are fully-stocked, reasonably-priced, and customer-oriented. I've not had a single bad experience since I started using them four years ago. I've tried others from time to time, but never fail to return. They simply can't be beat. Every recommendation I've ever received from experienced shoppers and video professionals never fails to mention Meritline as a solid supplier with superb service. |

This review is for their advertising on a product that I did not purchase. I got an e-mail stating that an item they were selling had free shipping. When I got to the website the free shipping was gone. I contacted them and they said that the ad never said anything about free shipping. I forwarded their ad to them and they did not return my e-mail. Watch out for these guys, they bait and switch, tell you it's free shipping but when you get to the site, oops, it's a lie, but it's only $5 more... that's crap! Advertise it as being $5 more, don't advertise it for $1 and change it to $6. Very shady company, don't waste your time! Also, I rated their ease of ordering low because you can only put in 1 code at a time, so you have to enter all of your information and go through the entire purchase for each item that you want to order, otherwise you only get 1 discount and pay over double the advertised price. Watch out for their advertising, it's all a lie! |

Never ever again! Ordered ink cartridges for my Canon printer. One was leaking in the original package, the one I opened was not recognized by my printer. I had to fill out their customer service form (wait), send them a separate email (wait), and leave a phone message (wait), before someone called me two weeks later. Then she was rude and continued to cut me off while I tried to explain the problem(s). They sent me a replacement for the cartridge my printer didn’t recognize, and they still (another 3 weeks) haven’t responded to my second complaint about the leaky cartridge they didn’t replace! Avoid these people like the plague … shop elsewhere. |
