I received an incorrect item. I reurned this item and Eddie Bauer sent it back to me claiming it was not theirs. If it is not theirs, why did they send it to me ? Now I am out the money I paid, and postage to receive + return the item. I would never, never shop with them, or recommend them. |

I ordered the down scarf and hat that was listed as "In Stock". When I received the confirmation email, one item was listed on "backorder". |
